Job Description
Our organization is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to become part of our dedicated nursing team in Cooperstown, NY.

Key Responsibilities:Gathering essential information from new residents during the admission process.
Documenting residents' health information, including vital signs and temperature.
Administering medications and injections as required.
Providing treatment and dressing for wounds and bedsores when necessary.
Potentially supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene tasks.
Monitoring residents’ food and fluid intake and output.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Possession of a valid LPN state license.
Must be in good standing with the state registry.
