Your Impact in This Role

We are seeking collaborative, evidence-based Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians to join our expanding MFM team in Indianapolis. Our facility is one of only two Level IV perinatal centers in Indiana, and we are looking to add three more MFMs to enhance our well-established department and serve our community effectively. Our department operates as a full-service, referral-based practice offering a variety of inpatient and outpatient services, with no delivery responsibilities required.

  • Become part of a friendly, collaborative team of established MFMs practicing evidence-based medicine with an office-based schedule and shared on-call duties.

  • We welcome both new graduates and seasoned professionals to apply for this unique opportunity to thrive in the vibrant city of Indianapolis.

  • On-call duties are home-based, occurring every fourth week/weekend, with no in-house call obligations.

  • Engage in a consultative practice at a Level 4 perinatal center, enjoying the best of both worlds.

  • Our practice encompasses services ranging from consultations to comprehensive care for complex obstetrical cases, with deliveries managed by our team of OB hospitalists.

  • Receive full support from two genetic counselors, a fetal nurse navigator, a maternal nurse navigator, and ten on-site sonographers, four of whom are Echo certified.

  • Utilize GE E10 machines for advanced imaging.

  • Participate in a well-established Fetal/Neonatal Palliative Care program designed to assist families facing life-limiting fetal anomalies.

  • Our clinic is currently hiring two nurse practitioners to enhance clinical support for our comprehensive prenatal patients and to develop our Diabetes in Pregnancy clinic.

  • Engage in teaching opportunities with OB and Family practice residents, as well as department-wide educational initiatives, including Fetal and Maternal Case presentations, and opportunities for statewide education.

  • Experience a practice environment that combines the feel of a ‘private practice’ with the benefits of an academic setting, including teaching and research support.

  • Benefit from a broad referral area supported by a respected Maternal and Neonatal Transport service.

  • Enjoy a competitive compensation package that includes: competitive salaries, production/quality bonuses, signing bonuses, relocation assistance, CME, comprehensive health benefits, a retirement savings plan (403b) with matching contributions, malpractice coverage with tail coverage, and generous paid time off.

Join our team at the state-of-the-art Women’s Hospital, which spans 268,000 sq ft and features nine stories, including 109 private NICU rooms. This facility allows mothers and babies to receive care in the same environment and is directly connected to the Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital.
