Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active School Psychologist certification or license, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Experience with comprehensive psychological and educational evaluations
  • Strong understanding of K-12 developmental stages and learning differences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with educators and families
  • Open to candidates willing to travel for this assignment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer a variety of assessments and evaluations for students in K-12
  • Analyze results and provide detailed, actionable reports and recommendations
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and families on strategies to support students
  • Contribute to special education decision-making and participate in IEP meetings
  • Facilitate crisis intervention and support schoolwide mental health initiatives when needed
  • Stay current with best practices in school psychology and maintain required documentation
