Our Organization is Looking for an OB Hospitalist for an Exciting Opportunity in New Jersey!
We are one of the largest non-profit healthcare networks in New Jersey, currently in search of an OB Hospitalist to join the Maternity Center at our Newton Medical Center. The team is composed of a vibrant group of multidisciplinary specialists trained to offer a comprehensive array of women's health services, ranging from routine examinations to obstetrics and family planning. The facility handles approximately 500 deliveries each year, with expectations for growth in the coming years.
Located about 60 miles (97 km) northwest of New York City, Newton, New Jersey, provides a unique blend of urban living and outdoor activities!
Position HighlightsExcellent work/life balance with flexible scheduling and no on-call duties.
Opportunity to educate and mentor residents.
Key responsibilities include assessing and managing emergencies in the OB and Labor & Delivery units, attending deliveries, and assisting with or performing surgical procedures.
Work schedule consists of seven 24-hour shifts each month.
Salary Range: $310,000-$330,000 base salary only; does not include any quality incentives.
QualificationsMust be Board Eligible or Board Certified.
Preferred 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
