General Superintendent
Job Description
General Superintendent
Adecco is now hiring for a General Superintendent position for an architectural designer company for a 3-month project to start immediately
As our General Superintendent, you are the primary field leader for complex Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure projects. This role requires a unique balance of high-level strategic planning and "boots-on-the-ground" execution to ensure our fleet depots and high-speed public charging hubs are built to the highest standards. You will bridge the gap between field production and office strategy, reporting directly to the Director of EV Charging
Responsibilities:
Directly supervise and mentor onsite foremen. You are responsible for ensuring field teams understand daily production goals and maintain high quality across multiple charger stalls.
Act as the field admin for Procore. Manage daily logs, RFIs, and "as-builts" in the field; ensure all documentation is audit-ready and synced with the Project Management team while in the office.
Partner with Project Managers to review "look-ahead" schedules and identify equipment risks (transformers, power skids). Collaborate with the Director of EV Charging to refine division-wide SOPs.
Enforce a "Safety First" culture. You are responsible for conducting safety audits, ensuring PPE compliance, and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
Lead coordination with utility companies and municipal inspectors to ensure the "last mile" of energization happens on time.
Perks:
Free parking on-site
Weekly pay starting at $100k - $101k.
Competitive benefit options, after 1 week – medical, dental, and vision, options available
