Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and thorough care to patients in a 23-bed Med Surg unit.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments effectively.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate documentation using the EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to create and execute patient care plans.
• Ensure adherence to all necessary certifications, including BLS (AHA or ARC) and NIHSS.
• Possess at least one year of experience in a similar healthcare setting.

Working Conditions

This role may require floating to the PCU for MSU assignments, emphasizing the importance of patient safety and comfort.
