Desired Background:
- Master’s degree required in a related field
- Valid PEL (Professional Educator License) with LBS1 endorsement
- Experience working within a school setting, particularly with elementary-aged children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Duties:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods for diverse learning abilities
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, specialists, and families
- Provide direct instruction and support for students in both small groups and classroom settings
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and document required reports
- Foster a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
