Job Summary
The Parts Tracker/Expeditor tracks the status of work orders and materials moving
through the production process to ensure parts and components arrive on time to
meet manufacturing schedules. This entry-level role is ideal for someone
organized, communicative, and comfortable working across production, quality
and shipping/receiving teams in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing
environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Track and monitor the status of open work orders and internal job travelers
using in-house tracking app
• Work closely with Production Management to achieve daily, weekly, and
monthly goals
• Follow up with internal departments to confirm delivery dates and resolve
delays
• Identify and escalate parts shortages or schedule risks to Production
Management and Customer Service
• Coordinate with Receiving, Quality, and Production to expedite priority or
late parts
• Support on-time delivery (OTD) goals by proactively flagging at-risk orders
• Maintain organized documentation and records for audits (AS9100
compliance)
• Exhibit a sense of urgency

Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, email, and spreadsheets
(Excel/Google Sheets)
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with
suppliers and internal teams
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven
environment
• Basic math and data-entry accuracy
• Ability to pass a background check and Drug Test
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected
individual) due to ITAR/export control requirements
• High school diploma or GED

• Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing, AS9100, and quality control
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Majority of time spent on the production floor
• May require occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs) and walking through
manufacturing areas
• Must be able to wear required PPE when on the production floor (safety
glasses, closed-toe shoes, etc.)
