Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized nursing care tailored to each patient's needs.
• Create and document care plans based on thorough assessments and diagnoses.
• Act swiftly in life-threatening situations with appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy, accurately and safely.
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and discharge instructions.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe environment while adhering to infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Current Wisconsin Registered Nursing license is required.
• BLS certification is mandatory or must be obtained within one month of hire.
• ACLS certification is required or must be obtained within six months of hire.
