Key Qualifications:
- Current MDE School Psychologist License required
- Experience with school psychology, ideally in early childhood or early learning settings
- Skilled in conducting student evaluations and managing assessment processes
- Familiarity with MTSS framework and a collaborative, team-based approach
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations for early learners
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement effective interventions
- Provide direct support to student teams through participation in MTSS planning and meetings
- Aid in identifying students’ needs and recommending strategies and supports
- Maintain detailed records and communicate findings to school teams and families
