Qualifications:

• Experience delivering OT services within school environments preferred

• Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and interpret results to help determine students' needs
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive behaviors to enhance classroom participation
• Work closely with special education teams to integrate OT goals with other academic and behavioral interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed records per district and state requirements
• Provide guidance and resources to educators and families to optimize student outcomes
• Monitor and report student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
