Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology required
- Current AZ-issued School Psychologist credentials and any additional state-specific certifications
- Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Experience collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
- Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
- Ability to manage a regional caseload, prioritize tasks, and work independently
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments to identify student strengths and areas of need
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions, both individually and in group settings
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and parents to deliver effective mental health support
- Provide crisis intervention and help foster a positive and inclusive school climate
- Maintain thorough documentation to ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
