Position Details
Location: Parachute, CO
Position: Travel Special Education Teacher
Schedule: Full-Time
Contract: School Year Assignment
Setting: K-12 opportunities available (placement based on district needs and experience)
Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction to students with a variety of learning needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and related service providers.
Track student progress and maintain required documentation.
Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
Qualifications
Active Colorado Special Education Teaching License (or ability to obtain prior to the start date).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Previous school-based experience preferred.

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.82 to $49.82. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
