Tool & Die MakerFull-Time | Northvale, NJ
Pay Range: $35.00 - $65.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Are you a skilled Tool & Die Maker who enjoys creating precision components and solving complex manufacturing challenges? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in designing, building, maintaining, and improving tooling used in advanced manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:Design, build, maintain, and repair precision tools, progressive dies, molds, and fixtures.
Analyze blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine the best manufacturing methods.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure tooling meets quality and performance standards.
Operate machining equipment including mills, grinders, drills, and lathes.
Use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, gauges, and inspection tools to verify accuracy.
Troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend repairs, adjustments, or improvements.
Maintain accurate records of tooling designs, modifications, and performance.
Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines.
High School Diploma or GED required.
5+ years of Tool & Die Maker experience.
Experience with progressive dies and stamping strongly preferred.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Knowledge of machining processes and metalworking techniques.
Experience using precision measurement tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Mold Maker
Full-Time | Northvale, NJ
Pay Range: $35.00 - $65.00/hour (Based on Experience)
We are looking for an experienced Mold Maker to join our manufacturing team. This role is perfect for a skilled craftsman who enjoys building precision molds, improving tooling performance, and bringing engineering concepts into production-ready solutions.
You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to create high-quality molds and fixtures that support innovative products across multiple industries.
Responsibilities:Build, modify, repair, and maintain precision molds, tooling, and fixtures.
Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine tooling requirements.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve mold performance and efficiency.
Perform precision machining, fitting, assembly, and adjustments.
Inspect finished tools and molds using micrometers, gauges, and other measurement equipment.
Troubleshoot mold-related issues and recommend solutions.
Maintain documentation on tooling changes, repairs, and improvements.
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
High School Diploma or GED required.
5+ years of Mold Maker or Tool & Die Maker experience.
Strong knowledge of precision machining and metalworking.
Experience with mills, grinders, drills, and lathes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Experience with quality inspections and troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support advanced manufacturing operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and improving complex mechanical and electrical systems.
The Maintenance Technician will play an important role in keeping production equipment operating efficiently by diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical equipment issues.
Troubleshoot automated machinery, robotics, sensors, and control systems.
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment repairs to reduce downtime.
Assist with electrical wiring, sensors, actuators, and control system troubleshooting.
Support equipment installations, modifications, and improvements.
Document repairs, testing, and maintenance activities.
Assist with general facility maintenance as needed.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability.
High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience working with electromechanical systems.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment.
Knowledge of automation, robotics, sensors, or controls preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $35.00 per hour
