Staff Accountant

We're currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join a growing organization. This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting function, ensuring financial accuracy, and assisting with month-end close and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger activity
  • Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Support financial reporting and audit requests
  • Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial information
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment
  • Strong understanding of general accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
