Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching license (TABS 3-5 certification for the 2026-27 school year)
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher (K-12, preferred for grades 3-5)
• Strong classroom and behavioral management skills
• Adaptability and resourcefulness in diverse classroom settings
• Genuine passion for supporting students with special needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students with disabilities in grades 3-5
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs and learning goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Maintain accurate records, track student progress, and communicate regularly with key stakeholders
• Participate in school meetings and remain engaged in continuous professional learning
