Make a meaningful difference by supporting students through specialized evaluations and collaboration. An experienced School Psychologist is sought for the academic year from August through mid-May, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of elementary and middle school students. While preference is given to candidates able to work onsite, fully licensed virtual practitioners with Indiana credentials are also encouraged to apply.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Active Indiana School Psychologist license required
  • Demonstrated experience in psychoeducational assessments and determination of eligibility, especially within a K–8 environment
  • Thorough and current knowledge of special education law, compliance standards, and best practices
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills for working with instructional teams and families
  • Comfortable adapting between in-person and virtual service delivery as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive special education evaluations, targeting an annual volume of 60–80 assessments
  • Serve a caseload comprised of three PreK–6 elementary schools and a 7th/8th grade middle school (subject to adjustment based on work modality)
  • Complete assessment processes, reporting, and eligibility determination in line with state and district frameworks
  • Report directly to the district supervisor and actively participate in monthly multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Partner with educators and families to craft effective student support strategies
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing school psychological services
