In our fast-paced environment, cashiers play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and providing a welcoming atmosphere. They deliver quick, friendly, and precise service to our customers. Depending on business needs, various tasks may be assigned, so adaptability and teamwork are essential. No prior experience? That’s perfectly fine—we will provide the training you need!
Job Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers in locating items, answering inquiries about products and services, and addressing their needs.
- Manage cash register operations by processing customer transactions and identifying additional sales opportunities while adhering to all relevant laws.
- Utilize various methods and technologies to maintain food safety standards for our fresh food and deli offerings.
- Ensure cleanliness in your immediate work area, including the sales floor, restrooms, showers, and gas/diesel pumps, while also handling trash disposal.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Must be able to lift and move items weighing over 25 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
