Director FP&A

Kforce is partnering with a client in the St. Louis area to hire a Director of FP&A. This leadership role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, executive reporting, strategic planning, and business decision support while managing an FP&A team and partnering closely with executive leadership. What you'll do: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process Develop financial reporting, dashboards, and executive-level presentations Build financial models and perform strategic analyses to support business growth and key initiatives Partner with operational leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve business performance Support month-end and year-end close processes in collaboration with Accounting Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership to drive informed decision-making Manage and mentor the FP&A team while supporting cross-functional financial initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, investment banking, or a corporate finance environment Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and multiple priorities Experience supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with financial planning and reporting tools is preferred The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
