Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Special Education or related field required
- Previous experience working within schools
- Valid PEL and LBS1 license

Role Responsibilities:
- Begin as soon as possible with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule (37.5 hours/week)
- Serve elementary-aged students, adapting lessons to accommodate diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with fellow educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Track and document student progress, making adjustments as needed to promote achievement
