Special Education Teacher - Hartsville, SC

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Prior experience with K-2 or middle school students preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to adapt curriculum and instructional techniques for a variety of learning needs
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Genuine passion for helping students achieve their potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans tailored to diverse student abilities and challenges
• Create and maintain a structured, nurturing classroom environment for lower and middle school students
• Track student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
