Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and active Illinois School Psychologist Certificate (PEL)
• Previous experience or strong internship background in a school psychology setting
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to diverse caseload needs (final caseload assignments to be determined)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to confidentiality
• Dedicated to supporting the needs and development of students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive student assessments and interpret data to inform educational decisions
• Provide direct intervention, counseling, and support to students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create individualized education plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise on student behavior, learning strategies, and mental health
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Serve as a trusted resource for crisis intervention and support
