Enjoy a balanced workday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, with guaranteed 7.5-hour shifts that include a lunch break. Your week will be split between completing ECAT evaluations and participating in meetings in one location, while spending the other half serving as a traditional school psychologist in another setting. Qualifications we are seeking:

• Valid School Psychologist certification for Illinois
• Experience working with students at the Early Childhood to 8th grade level
• Knowledge of ECAT evaluations and eligibility processes
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration during meetings
• Ability to adapt to different school settings and manage a diverse caseload
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology

Responsibilities in this role include:

• Conducting comprehensive ECAT evaluations for early childhood students
• Advising and contributing at student-focused meetings and team consultations
• Performing assessments, delivering counseling, and developing intervention plans for students in the Lake Villa area
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with special education requirements
• Communicating effectively with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
