Physical Therapist - School Setting in Pompano Beach, FL

With a start date of August 10th, this exciting position offers a combination of in-person and virtual (VOCO) service delivery options for credentialed professionals. The ideal candidate will provide expert care across several school sites, ensuring students meet their physical therapy goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based physical therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals
• Manage a caseload across the following schools, with weekly or monthly site visit times as noted:
  • Bonita Springs Charter School: 1 hour/week
  • Duval Charter School at Flagler Center: 20 mins/week
  • Duval Charter Schools at Westside: 60 mins/week
  • Creekside Charter: 30 mins/week
  • G Star School of the Arts: 30 mins/month
  • Renaissance Charter @ West Palm: 30 mins/week
  • Renaissance Charter at Tradition: 30 mins/week
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Complete evaluations, progress monitoring, and maintain detailed documentation
• Communicate effectively with staff and families to support each student's growth
• Adapt therapy plans to virtual (VOCO) delivery, as required

Qualifications and desired experience:

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Experience working in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively manage a multi-site caseload
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Credentialed and eligible for teletherapy (VOCO) services
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and reliable transportation for travel, if providing in-person therapy
