We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Material Handlers to support our manufacturing operations in Devens, MA or Clinton, MA. Key Responsibilities:
Receive, move, store, and issue materials essential for manufacturing, including dock-to-stock activities, material requisition orders, printed circuit boards (PCBs), floor returns, transfers, kits, manual pulls, and highly marketable parts (HMP).
Execute inventory and material transactions accurately using scanners, computers, and inventory management systems.
Maintain inventory precision through diligent transaction completion, verification, and routine cycle counts.
Uphold a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
Support warehouse and manufacturing functions as needed and perform additional duties to ensure operational success.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, inventory, or material handling environment is preferred.
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn inventory management and barcode scanning systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay Details: $16.34 to $21.00 per hour
