Work Schedule: 2 days in the clinic and 3 days dedicated to surgical procedures. No on-call responsibilities.

Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

Certification: Must be Board Certified.

Licensing: Arizona medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) required.
