Pay Range: $16.34 - $21.00 per hour
Adecco is seeking diligent and detail-oriented Production Assemblers / Quality Inspectors for a reputable manufacturing company in Devens, MA, or Clinton, MA. Key Responsibilities:
Assemble circuit boards, components, assemblies, and subassemblies with precision.
Perform both in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality and workmanship.
Operate various production and inspection equipment efficiently.
Record production and quality data accurately within manufacturing systems.
Handle, identify, label, and maintain materials and assemblies throughout the manufacturing process.
Monitor, replenish, and manage production materials and inventory to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Support production team with other duties as assigned to meet production targets.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or inspection.
Ability to interpret work instructions, drawings, and procedures accurately.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
Basic computer literacy and math skills.
Comfortable using hand tools, barcode scanners, and inspection equipment.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Capable of performing repetitive tasks, handling small components, and meeting physical demands.
