• Overtime possible based on business needs

Cook Requirements

• Previous food service or commercial cooking experience preferred
• Ability to prepare and cook food according to standardized recipes
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

About the Cook Role

As a Cook, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing, portioning, cooking, and presenting a variety of hot and cold food items
• Preparing meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and catered or special events
• Following standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintaining proper food temperatures and adhering to food safety guidelines
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitoring food quality, freshness, and presentation
• Assisting with meal preparation and ingredient setup
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
• Performing additional kitchen and food preparation duties as assigned
