School Physical Therapist | Nashua, New Hampshire

Embark on a rewarding opportunity for the 2026/2027 school year as a contract Physical Therapist serving a diverse K-12 student caseload. This engaging part-time position (3 days a week, 20-25 hours weekly) spans from August 2026 through June 2027, offering the chance to make meaningful contributions across multiple school sites.

As a Physical Therapist in the educational setting, you’ll play a key role in supporting students’ physical development and helping them access their academic programs through effective therapy interventions.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience working with K-12 students in school settings preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and pediatric therapy techniques
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
• Adaptable and organized; comfortable traveling between sites as needed throughout the district

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services based on students’ IEP goals and consultation with educational teams
• Perform evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
• Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress and participation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting for individual students
• Adjust schedules and routines as necessary based on district and student needs
