School-Based Physical Therapist - Pottstown, Pennsylvania

This position is based in a school located near Pottstown, PA, with a consistent schedule on Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You’ll play a vital part in helping students reach their educational and developmental milestones by delivering specialized physical therapy services.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania State License in Physical Therapy required
• Experience working with children or in school-based settings is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in assessing physical development, functional movement, and writing individualized therapy plans
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, faculty, and families
• Ability to maintain accurate records, progress notes, and service documentation
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively on an interdisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:
