We are looking for a dedicated inpatient Physical Therapist to become a part of our hospital team in Victorville, CA. This role is available on a part-time or PRN basis. You will be responsible for delivering direct patient care and facilitating rehabilitation activities. All therapists in our organization receive membership in the Evidence In Motion (EIM) Professional Development Program, making this an ideal environment for those passionate about ongoing education and professional growth.

- Perform detailed assessments and evaluations of patients.
- Create and execute personalized treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Track and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure cohesive care.
- Oversee and guide Physical Therapy Assistants and/or Aides.
- A genuine passion for serving others!
- Possession of a California Physical Therapist license or the ability to obtain one.
- AHA BLS certification is required.
- Both recent graduates and seasoned Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
Hourly pay ranges from $55 to $62, along with free continuing education and a 401(k) plan featuring a 4% employer match.
