About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Urology Physician to become part of a vibrant team consisting of 4 hospital-employed urologists and 6 nurse practitioners/physician assistants. You will have the chance to work with a diverse patient base, handling a wide range of urology cases, from elective procedures to trauma, all within a collaborative environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed minimum salary: $700,000, with potential for significantly higher earnings based on wRVUs.
• Signing bonus: $100,000, along with paid relocation assistance.
• Excess call pay: Available if desired.
• Advanced procedures: Conduct advanced urology operations in two dedicated suites, an ESWL suite, an outpatient surgery center, and office procedure rooms.
• Support staff: Experienced urology PAs will manage clinics, allowing you to concentrate on surgical cases.
• Technology access: Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including 3T MRI, da Vinci robotics, Holmium laser, interstim, cryotherapy, videourodynamics, and ultrasound.
• Operating room availability: Up to 4 OR days per week.
• Loan forgiveness: Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
• Call schedule: 7 days of call per month or better, with support from APPs.

• Liability insurance: Occurrence-based coverage provided.
