They are seeking a motivated Project Manager who wants to grow alongside the business and take ownership of exciting commercial construction projects Description The Construction Project Manager will: Provide overall leadership and direction to project teams from preconstruction through closeout Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career growth Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, subcontractors, vendors, and clients Understand, negotiate, and administer contracts and subcontract agreements Establish, communicate, and implement project schedules and milestones Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting Analyze project reports to ensure adherence to budget and schedule objectives Lead project meetings and coordinate all project stakeholders Manage procurement activities and subcontractor buyouts Oversee the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Provide leadership during contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and change order management Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations Profile The successful Construction Project Manager will have the following: 6+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred Experience managing ground-up and renovation commercial projects OSHA certification preferred Proficiency with project management and scheduling software Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget Job Offer The Construction Project Manager will receive: Competitive base salary Bonus structure Cell phone and laptop Paid time off, personal days, and sick days Excellent benefits including health, medical, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) plan available Vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement Professional development opportunities Clear path for advancement Long-term stability with a strong project backlog Supportive and team-oriented company culture MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
