Job Description
The Construction Project Coordinator/APM will support project teams in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion. This role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders and maintaining project schedules and budgets. Client Details A company is in the property industry, located in Rochester NY. Description Coordinate project timelines, schedules, and budgets to ensure alignment with project goals. Assist in managing subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project progress. Monitor and track project milestones and report progress to project managers and stakeholders. Support the preparation of project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Collaborate with team members to resolve project challenges and implement solutions. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status and deliverables. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of project activities. Infrequent travel out of town on a case by case basis.
