Key Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Current licensure or eligibility for School Psychologist certification
- Experience working in K-12 school environments is highly valued
- Strong foundation in child behavioral analysis, assessment, and intervention planning
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), 504 plans, and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)
- Exceptional communication, consultation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage caseloads efficiently in fast-paced settings
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for referred students
- Interpret assessment data and share recommendations with IEP teams and families
- Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed
- Support the development and monitoring of behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement evidence-based interventions and classroom management strategies
- Facilitate student progress by participating in problem-solving and data review meetings
