Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist license issued by MDE (Minnesota Department of Education)
- Experience or strong interest in early learning environments
- Background in conducting assessments and comprehensive evaluations with young children
- Familiarity with or willingness to support MTSS initiatives within educational settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality evaluations and assessments for early learners as part of the special education process
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to implement effective interventions and support plans
- Provide guidance to staff on best practices related to MTSS and student support services
- Assist in the development and monitoring of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Serve as a resource for early identification of academic and behavioral needs
