Position Overview
The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing and evaluating patients to create tailored treatment plans that align with their specific conditions. This role involves tracking patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed, and providing education to patients to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Qualifications- Patient Age Range: All age groups.
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, with a preference for coursework in Physical Therapy.

Essential Skills:
- Comprehensive understanding of Physical Therapy theories, methods, practices, and equipment.
- Strong communication abilities.
- A proactive and positive mindset towards problem-solving.
- In-depth knowledge of potential hazards, necessary precautions, and remedial actions in patient treatment and care.
- Capability to evaluate and implement treatment programs for both simple and complex therapy diagnoses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Licensure/Certifications: Must hold a current Physical Therapy license in Florida and possess BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Preferred Experience: Background in hospital-based rehabilitation services.
- Preferred Education: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Required Experience: Less than one year of clinical experience in relevant areas such as acute care or outpatient settings.
