• Implement current nursing care standards and communicate hospital policies to staff, patients, families, and physicians.
• Utilize strong leadership and communication skills to resolve conflicts and manage time effectively.
• Mentor and educate staff, acting as a change agent to ensure daily goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
• Current RN License in Washington State is mandatory.
• Prior experience in Medical-Surgical, Emergency Room, and Charge Nurse roles is preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required (medical and religious exemptions may be considered).
