This contract opportunity is ideal for dedicated School Psychologists interested in supporting PreK–12 students throughout a variety of educational settings. With a home base at a central site, you’ll collaborate with an experienced team and travel to locations across the county to respond to a range of student needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a School Psychologist
- Prior experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and consultation
- Ability to manage a flexible, changing caseload efficiently
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive student evaluations and assist with Individualized Education Plans
- Deliver counseling, crisis intervention, and other support services to students and families
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to promote student success
- Provide consultative services to address academic, behavioral, and social-emotional issues
- Travel between multiple school sites as needed, based on student and district needs
- Monitor and document student progress while remaining adaptable to the needs of assigned schools
This role features a consistent weekday schedule totaling 7 hours per day, generally between 7:45 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. The caseload varies, offering opportunities to expand your expertise and make a broad impact across the county.
