Compensation: $58,000 - $65,000
Location: New York, NY | Los Angeles, CA | San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-8:00 PM or 1:00 PM-9:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM-5:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:00 PM PT
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of litigation docketing experience

About the Opportunity

LHH is partnering with a prestigious national law firm to identify a Litigation Docket Clerk for its Managing Attorney's Office. This position plays a critical role supporting litigation docketing, calendaring, electronic filing, and administrative functions across multiple offices. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and experience working in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter litigation filings into the firm's docketing system and calculate procedural deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate litigation calendars and dockets.
  • Provide electronic filing support through PACER/CM/ECF and other court and agency filing systems.
  • Assist with administrative support for the Managing Attorney's Office.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute departmental communications, reports, and documentation.
  • Maintain departmental files, databases, and records.
  • Process and track invoices for submission to Accounting.
  • Support the development and maintenance of departmental procedures and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of litigation docketing, calendaring, or managing attorney office experience.
  • Experience with docketing software such as Milana, CompuLaw, eDockets, MA3000, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with electronic filing systems, including Federal CM/ECF; California state court e-filing experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to support evening shift hours.
