Job Description
Locum tenens assignments can vary significantly in duration, ranging from just a single day to several years. Some positions may be located far from your home, while others are conveniently local. Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday, from 7 AM to 4 PM, with a lunch break from 11 AM to 12 PM.
Patient Load: Approximately 7 appointments each day.
Work Environment: Primary care clinic setting.
Nurse Oversight: Up to 3 nurse visits per day may require your supervision.
Responsibilities: Involves primary care management, occupational health, and workers' compensation.
Appointment Duration: Standard appointments are 60 minutes; physicals take 90 minutes, including follow-ups.
Patient Focus: Primarily adults, with some acute pediatric care and school physicals.
Housing and Travel: Complimentary housing and travel arrangements are provided.
Licensing and Malpractice: We cover the costs associated with licensing and malpractice insurance.
Credentialing Support: We streamline the credentialing and privileging processes for you.
