Job Description
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher for a Resource position for the 2026–2027 school year in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time opportunity allows you to support middle school students with mild to moderate disabilities while collaborating with a dedicated educational team committed to student success.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time
7:50 AM – 3:20 PM
2026–2027 School Year
Middle School Resource Classroom
Qualifications:
Active Indiana Mild/Moderate Intervention Licensure
Experience working with students with mild to moderate disabilities preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
Knowledge of special education compliance, IEP development, and implementation
Ability to create structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environments
Commitment to supporting students with diverse academic and behavioral needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals and Indiana Academic Standards
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with families, related service providers, administrators, and general education staff
Deliver resource services through push-in and/or pull-out instruction
Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
Collect and maintain accurate student progress data and documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Create a structured, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Daily Schedule: 7:50 AM – 3:20 PM
