Contribute your expertise and compassion as a school psychologist, working collaboratively with students, educators, and families to support the academic and emotional success of students. This contract position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across school sites with a flexible .8 FTE (four days per week) schedule. Your training and passion for student well-being will help foster a positive learning environment and address a wide range of student needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid certification/licensure as a school psychologist
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Background in assessment, intervention, counseling, and consultation within educational settings
  • Experience working with students with diverse academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
  • Collaborative approach to partnering with educators, families, and support staff
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to split time and manage caseload across multiple buildings (as needed)
  • Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and special education processes preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret data for eligibility and program planning
  • Provide targeted individual and group counseling to students
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective supports and strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and multidisciplinary team reviews
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavioral and academic interventions
  • Promote positive mental health and contribute to a safe, inclusive school environment
