Position Overview: Our organization is in search of a full-scope, board-eligible/board-certified OB/GYN to become part of our team. We welcome recent graduates to apply!

Compensation and Incentives:
- We provide a competitive base salary along with quarterly production incentive bonuses.

Generalist Role Details:
- Current hospitalist coverage includes two weekdays each week and all weekends.
- The hospital aims to establish full weekday night and weekend coverage for generalist groups within the next six months.
- Call schedule is 1:7, with a backup weekend call of 1:6.
Typical Work Week:
- One call day.
- Post-call day off if serving as primary overnight coverage; otherwise, AM-only office hours if providing backup overnight coverage.
- 2.5 to 3 office days per week.
- At least 0.5 day reserved for other responsibilities.
- We collaborate on all major gynecological surgeries and offer robotic surgery options.
- Our team prioritizes family values and fosters a collaborative environment.
- We share the OB volume, including a significant number of high-risk cases.
- Current OB/GYN residents are eligible for a monthly stipend until their start date.

About Our Healthcare Facility:
Our non-profit, physician-led hospital is the largest employer in the region and benefits from a substantial private endowment that ensures financial stability. We serve approximately 300,000 residents across seven counties, including Greenwood, Abbeville, Laurens, Saluda, McCormick, Edgefield, and Newberry. Our medical group comprises 60 primary care physicians and 53 specialists, in addition to 44 hospital-based physicians.
