Qualifications
- Valid Special Education Teaching certification in Massachusetts (Special Ed Teacher MA)
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage and implement individualized education plans
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized instruction to children ages 3–5 in a supportive classroom environment
- Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with district and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with related service providers, families, and administrators
- Monitor students’ progress and maintain accurate records
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
