Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid and active OT license in the state of California
- Previous experience in schools or pediatrics as an OT is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess students’ functional skills related to learning and daily activities
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans supporting IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff for integrated support strategies
- Document progress and maintain detailed, compliant records
- Participate in IEP meetings as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team
- Advise and train staff on adaptive strategies and classroom modifications
