Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid and active OT license in the state of California
  • Previous experience in schools or pediatrics as an OT is highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to assess students’ functional skills related to learning and daily activities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans supporting IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff for integrated support strategies
  • Document progress and maintain detailed, compliant records
  • Participate in IEP meetings as part of a dedicated multidisciplinary team
  • Advise and train staff on adaptive strategies and classroom modifications
