Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the labor and delivery process.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs effectively.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families during the birthing experience.
• Maintain precise and thorough patient records.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• At least 6 months of EPIC experience within the past year; Cerner experience is also necessary.
• Current RN license in California is required.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, FHM, and Advanced NRP are mandatory.

Working Conditions

This position involves working night shifts and requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
