- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM
- Call Schedule: 1:4 rotation
- Patient Load: 15 to 18 patients daily, including 2 to 4 new consultations
- Work Environment: Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
- Case Mix: 30% hematology and 70% oncology
- Patient Demographic: Exclusively adult patients
