This opportunity, located near Marengo, WI, will have you working on-site, collaborating with a dedicated team to support students with diverse learning needs. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold an active Wisconsin license in cross-categorical special education, or be eligible for a reciprocal license if certified in another state
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred; however, enthusiastic new educators are encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to education, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative work ethic
  • Availability to start in mid-August and work full time through May 2027
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive, empowering classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored instruction to high school students with diverse exceptionalities in alignment with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with general educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
  • Create a positive, engaging classroom atmosphere that encourages educational growth
  • Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and commitment to student well-being
