Duties include but are not limited to:

    \n
  • Supervision of craftsmen in the field
  • \n
  • Oversee timecards for crew members
  • \n
  • Complete required forms/documents for MSI and customers
  • \n
  • Participate in safety training and daily safety activities
  • \n
  • Responsible for assuring work is completed in a professional manner while meeting the customers’ needs within budget and on time
  • \n
  • Create field sketches that adequately illustrate equipment and/or associated piping
  • \n
  • Ability to read and understand P&IDs, Blueprints, and weld symbols
  • \n
  • Perform other duties as needed
  • \n

Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • Experience: 10 years as a Foreman
  • \n
  • Experience in piping, welding & millwright / ironwork
  • \n
  • MN HPP Experience / License (not required)
  • \n
  • Experience in steel and concrete preferred but not required
  • \n
  • Ability to follow complex instructions and work effectively under pressure and meet established deadlines
  • \n
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • \n
  • Strong interpersonal communication and team-oriented skills
  • \n
  • Experience in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
  • \n
  • Weld test required
  • \n
  • Travel Required
  • \n
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • \n
  • Pre-Employment drug screening required
  • \n
  • DOT Physical is required
  • \n
